This line should do the trick (requires bash or zsh, won't work with standard Bourne shell):
git branch -r | awk '{print $1}' | egrep -v -f /dev/fd/0 <(git branch -vv | grep origin) | awk '{print $1}' | xargs git branch -d
This string gets the list of remote branches and passes it into egrep...
