How is Pythons glob.glob ordered?
...obably not sorted at all and uses the order at which entries appear in the filesystem, i.e. the one you get when using ls -U. (At least on my machine this produces the same order as listing glob matches).

Bash script and /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory [duplicate]

Unix uses different line endings so can't read the file you created on Windows. Hence it is seeing ^M as an illegal character.
