... my case, project -> team -> cleanup / refresh worked for one of the files but not the other. Simply copy the command that failed from svn console on eclipse and run it in console with "svn" prefix works for me. So the syntax is:

Select the header file in the project explorer. Then in the section on the right in xcode, you'll notice there is a dropdown next to the target. Change that from "project" to "public". This worked for me.

The second time I hit this issue, it was due to an ampersand in the filepath to the project where the tests reside. It works fine with ReSharper's test runner, but not dotCover's. Remove the ampersand from the filepath.

You could do:
svn revert -R .
This will not delete any new file not under version control. But you can easily write a shell script to do that like:
