...ssh-agent with zsh & keychain on Mac OS X to set it up, but I'm sure a Google search will have plenty of info for Windows.
Update: A better solution on Mac is to add your key to the Mac OS Keychain:
ssh-add -K ~/.ssh/id_rsa
