I need a valid method to check if a String represents a path for file or a directory. What are valid directory names in Android? As it comes out, folder names can contain '.' chars, so how does system understand whether there's a file or a folder?

The solution is pretty easy; Add the library path in your ~/.bash_profile or ~/.profile file:
MYSQL=/usr/local/mysql/bin
export PATH=$PATH:$MYSQL
export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/mysql/lib:$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
If it is still not working (this work for me):
sudo ln -s /usr/local/mysql/lib/...

You can fix this by adding ipv6only=on to the [::]:80 like this:
listen 80;
listen [::]:80 ipv6only=on default_server;
