jQuery select all except first
In jQuery how do I use a selector to access all but the first of an element? So in the following code only the second and third element would be accessed. I know I can access them manually but there could be any number of elements so thats not possible. Thanks.

You can do it like this:
git add -i
(select the hunks you want to keep)
git commit -m "tmp"
Now you have a commit with only the changes you want to keep, and the rest is unstaged.
git reset --hard HEAD

You need to apply DATE_FORMAT in the SELECT clause, not the WHERE clause:
SELECT DATE_FORMAT(create_date, '%m/%d/%Y')
FROM mytable
WHERE create_date BETWEEN CURDATE() - INTERVAL 30 DAY AND CURDATE()
Also note that CURDATE() returns only the DATE portion...
