Adding VirtualHost fails: Access Forbidden Error 403 (XAMPP) (Windows 7)
...ddition, plus I had the Apache and MySQL services "checked" in the Control Panel which was causing XAMPP CP to stop responding. Unchecked services - Apache ran, but Access Forbidden error. Added the above permissions, and it works now. Thanks!!
