Removing nan values from an array

I found that resetting to the same variable (x) did not remove the actual nan values and had to use a different variable. Setting it to a different variable removed the nans.
e.g.
y = x[~numpy.isnan(x)]

I had very close to this. I had set the ng-app="app"... and then never setup a module. So it was tripping the error. As a beginner, I just removed the ="app" piece to get my sample code working. Later, I setup the proper module and routing... :)
