It doesn't work with + in email usernames, such as foo+bar@domain.com. I fixed it with email pattern /[\w.+]+@[a-zA-Z_-]+?(?:\.[a-zA-Z]{2,6})+/gim (note the + in the first brackets), but I don't know if that breaks something else.
