Default argument values in JavaScript functions [duplicate]
...
In javascript you can call a function (even if it has parameters) without parameters.
So you can add default values like this:
function func(a, b){
if (typeof(a)==='undefined') a = 10;

...
It depends on the operating system. The majority of modern (and all major) operating systems will free memory not freed by the program when it ends.
Relying on this is bad practice and it is better to free it explicitly. The issue isn't just that your code looks bad. You may decide you w...
Difference between decimal, float and double in .NET?
...n a decimal form, and expect exact results in decimal representations; not all decimal numbers are exactly representable in binary floating point – 0.1, for example – so if you use a binary floating point value you'll actually get an approximation to 0.1. You'll still get approximations when usi...
