Why doesn't TFS get latest get the latest?
...atest" does. In TFS terms, Get Latest means get the latest version of the files, but ignore the ones that the server thinks is already in your workspace. Which to me and just about everyone else on the planet is wrong.

Just add this line before the line where you get error in your php file
ini_set('memory_limit', '-1');
It will take unlimited memory usage of server, it's working fine.
Consider '44M' instead of '-1' for safe memory usage.
