How do I catch a PHP fatal (`E_ERROR`) error?
I can use set_error_handler() to catch most PHP errors, but it doesn't work for fatal ( E_ERROR ) errors, such as calling a function that doesn't exist. Is there another way to catch these errors?

Another way to do this in PHP 5.6+ would be to use the ... token
$a = array('a', 'b');
$b = array('c', 'd');
array_push($a, ...$b);
// $a is now equals to array('a','b','c','d');
This will also work with any Traversable
$a = array('a', 'b');

shell_exec('php measurePerformance.php 47 844 email@yahoo.com > /dev/null 2>/dev/null &');
Note this also gets rid of the stdio and stderr.
