If only 1 file/window appears to be affected, close/reopen that file.
In Visual Studio:
Click Tools->Options->Text Editor->All Languages->General

...().setBackgroundDrawableResource(android.R.color.transparent); instead. In order this not to invoke an exception you should call a DialogFragment from Activity or Fragment through dialogFragment.show(...); method, not FragmentTransaction's add.

It didn't have anything to do with ignore-on-commit as in another answer, it just seemed like a bug in TortoiseSVN.

Xcode 4 hangs at “Attaching to (app name)”

Solution provided didn't fix the problem in my case.
In order to solve it (XCode 4 only), I had to go to Product -> Edit Scheme. Then select the "Run " scheme, and marked "Automatically" which wasn't enabled.
Hope it helps someone.
